Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s):

We will be mailing tickets out approximately the first week in September to all members in good standing.

You will receive the links to Services via Zoom 24-48 hours before the service begins to the email you used to register. To receive the Zoom links, please register here. If you do not receive your Zoom links, please check your spam and then email Lori if you still do not see them.

If you have not yet decided whether or not you will attend in person or on zoom, please register for Zoom so that we will have your information and will be sure to send you the Zoom links.

Please request that their synagogue send a Request for Reciprocity to Lori’s email by August 25.

Parking is first-come-first-serve in our upper lot. We ask that the lower lot only be used by those requiring handicap accessible. If there are no more spots in the upper lot, the remote parking lot is in the upper Welsh Valley school lot now, located behind the old lot which you will see is now the bus depot.  You can access this lot from Tower Lane. Please do not park on Hagys Ford Road.

Unfortunately, we are not able to have a Van Service this year. You will be allowed to drop your passengers off at the lower lobby door and then drive to the parking lot.

If the weather is bad, the outdoor Intergenerational Family Service will be moved into the Social Hall.

While there will be youth and teen programming, we are not able to provide babysitting. Please see our full schedule here.

No.  We cannot be responsible for children not accompanied by an adult.  We must ask that at least one adult be with their children at this service.
