Tobey Oxholm III, Exec. Director of Philadelphia Lawyers for Social Equity (PLSE), will teach adults aged 18 and over how to be a Pardon Application Coach. Coaches assist people convicted of crimes write their narrative, a critical part of the pardon application. One CLE credit available for lawyers.
