Please join us on Sunday, October 22, any time from 9 AM to 1 PM, as we support the Anti-Violence Partnership of Philadelphia (AVP) by baking treats and assembling snack bags for Philadelphia students who receive weekly in-school trauma therapy.
We have received very positive feedback to our previous campaigns. And, our baking days are fun! We chat and laugh, and bake and pack. It’s a great way to connect with friends, make new ones and help out all at the same time!
Here’s how to participate:
- You can bake in person!
- You can bake at home!Â
- You can drop off supplementary items, such as drinks, small snack bags (Cheez-its, chips, pretzels) and granola bars, to BAI from October 16-22. (Kosher please. Bin is located outside the main door). Â
- Optional: Feel free to incorporate a Halloween theme to baked or bought treats.Â
- You can drop off baked or supplementary goodies to BAI on Sunday, October 22, by 10:00 AM.
- You can drop off to Gaby Lipkin. (GabLipkin@gmail.com)Â Â
- You can make a $ contribution toward supplies. MONETARY CONTRIBUTIONS ARE VERY MUCH NEEDED AND APPRECIATED! When making a donation, please be sure to indicate that it is for AVP Baking Day –  https://bethamisrael.shulcloud.com/payment.php
Please help us reach our goal of supplying treats throughout the current school year.
