“I’ve Got So Many Questions About Judaism, Where Do I Start?”
In a famous Talmudic story, an individual asks of Hillel and Shammai to teach all of Judaism while they stand on one foot. Shammai demurs, Hillel offers up a version of the Golden Rule (in Aramaic no less), and then says ‘now go and study.’
Rabbi David, Hazzan Harold, and Cantor Jenn invite you to join them in an ongoing introduction to Judaism class called ‘On One Foot.’ Topics will include interactive discussions about Shabbat, Talmud, Israel, Mitzvot, Jewish History, Torah, and much more.
